Support Services include: 1. 24/7/365 monitoring service All supported servers are monitored by our professional monitoring system. Monitoring system sends alert message in case if problem occurs and our shift duty system administrators’ team investigates and resolves the problem with highest priority. Issues monitored:
We provide our customers with access to monitoring system web interface so they could see server status themselves. Also we can install independent monitoring system on Customer’s side.
Backups are stored at 2 different locations: at one of our dedicated backup servers and one of the Customer’s other supported servers if any. The list of data to be backed up consists of 2 parts: system configuration files and other related data is backed up by default to be restored the shortest time possible in case of serious failure; users data to be backed up is discussed in-front. We install security system software on supported servers and support it with regular updates and monthly security audit. We configure security patches implementation politic and manually perform software updates on Customer demand. The list of related software to be patched and updated is discussed after the Examination phase. |
